John Ruman

International Business & Life Coach, Biohacker
Based out of Trinidad & Tobago

My name is John Ruman. I presently live in the Southern-most Caribbean island of Trinidad.

My mission on this planet is to help humanity achieve greatness and unlock our unlimited potential. I’m here to
serve so we can all stop playing small and live the life we are destined to live. The way we feel, express ourselves and even how we breathe, affects our impact on others.

I actively trained for 20+ years in the martial art of TaeKwonDo and earned the Master rank of 4th degree black belt. I began practicing qigong (aka chi-gong) a few years ago, and it has been a profound experience.

My past accomplishments include two 70.3 Ironman triathlons and a marathon. I love to challenge myself and my body.

Since moving to Trinidad in 2015, I have taken to refining my diet, exercise, and spiritual practices to improve how I feel inside and out. The journey has been worth it and I want to share what I've learned with all that have ears to listen.
